Most people suffer from uncontrollable anger due to many reasons such as sexual frustration, irritation, fatigue, hunger and pain, which have a part that leads to anger. In short anger can be cause by both external and internal events.

  • Eat right and try to detoxify your body: Have a balanced diet with the right amount of nutrients and find a good way to detoxify your body.
  • Exercise and meditate: Take sometimes to relax and don,t think about work.
  • Care less anything personally: Be immune to opinions, projections, behavior from others.
  • Sharing your problems: Share your problems with close friends and families and interact socially more.
  • Integrated medication approach: Get professional help or maybe you must take the medication.
  • Avoid drugs: Will make your anger worse.
  • Decision: Ask opinion if you want to make a big decision. Wrong decision will make your anger uncontrollable.
  • Eliminate negative thinking: Be active in feel good activities.
  • Pace yourself: Set a realistic schedule, as you may not able to do everything you normally can.
  • Take a deep breath: If your anger is really out of control. Sit down or lay down and take a deep breath. You will feel more relax as more oxygen pump into your brain.
